Refund & Cancellation

1. Service Cancellation

Techify360 engages in professional service contracts. Clients may cancel services exclusively according to the termination clauses outlined in their specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). Generally, a minimum 30-day written notice is required for the termination of any ongoing retainer services.

2. Custom Software & AI Development Refunds

Due to the highly customized nature of digital engineering, AI model training, and SaaS infrastructure development, all upfront deposits and milestone payments are strictly non-refundable. These payments secure our engineering resources and cover the immediate costs of architecture design, cloud provisioning, and technical scoping.

3. Marketing Retainers

For digital marketing and growth retainers, services are billed on a month-to-month or quarterly basis as defined in your contract. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations. You will continue to receive services until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables or milestones achieved, please contact your dedicated account manager immediately. We are committed to addressing your concerns, offering revisions, and rectifying technical issues before they escalate to project cancellation.
